It all starts with Alex

N.11drink was born from Alex's idea of representing the land through spirits. Not a lab project, but an obsession nurtured for years: recipes tested, discarded, rewritten, until the balance was right.

Every batch is tasted personally before it is bottled. If it doesn't convince, it doesn't leave.

Production is artisanal, in Lavagno, in the province of Verona. The botanicals come from Lake Garda: olive leaves, rosemary, citrus peel. The rest is patience.
