This Cookie Policy describes the cookies and similar tracking technologies used on the website https://n11drink.com (the “Site”), pursuant to Article 122 of Italian Legislative Decree No. 196/2003 (“Italian Privacy Code”), Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”) and the Guidelines on cookies and other tracking tools issued by the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali) on 10 June 2021. The data controller is ALLA FASSA S.N.C. DI FELLER DONATELLA & C., with registered office at Via B.G. Nascimbeni 11, 37010 Brenzone sul Garda (VR), Italy (the “Controller”), who can be contacted at n.11drink@gmail.com. 1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that the websites you visit store in your browser and read again on subsequent visits. Similar functions can be performed by other tools, such as the browser's localStorage, pixels and scripts. In this Cookie Policy the term “cookies” also covers such similar tools.
- First-party cookies: set directly by the Site (including those managed on our behalf by the Shopify platform on the n11drink.com domain).
- Third-party cookies: set by domains of parties other than the Controller.
- Session cookies are deleted when you close your browser; persistent cookies remain stored until the stated expiry or until you delete them.
2. Categories of cookies used
Necessary (always on): these enable the Site to work and the services you request to be provided: cart, checkout, account login, security, language and country, storage of your cookie choices and of your age confirmation. They do not require consent (Article 122(1) of the Italian Privacy Code) and cannot be switched off from the banner.
Preferences: these remember optional settings, such as language or country, to tailor your browsing experience. They are set only with your consent. As at the date of the last update we do not use any preference cookies other than the necessary cookies listed in the table; the category is in place for possible future features, which will be listed on this page.
Statistics: these collect information on how the Site is used (e.g. pages visited, sessions, sources of visits) in order to measure its performance and improve it, using Shopify's analytics tools. They are set only with your consent.
Marketing: these are used to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and to show you relevant content and offers, including on other websites and social networks, possibly through profiling. They are set only with your consent. Any third-party tools (e.g. the Meta pixel or Google tags) will be activated only with prior consent and will be listed on this page.

4. How to manage your consent
On your first visit the Site displays a banner, built on Shopify's Customer Privacy API, which allows you to:
- accept all cookies with the “Accept all” button;
- reject all cookies other than necessary ones with the “Reject” button, which is given the same visual prominence as the accept button;
- choose the Preferences, Statistics and Marketing categories individually via “Customise” and save your selection;
- close the banner with the “X”: in that case you will continue browsing with necessary cookies only, as if you had rejected the optional ones.
Scrolling the page or continuing to browse does not constitute consent. Only necessary cookies are used before you make your choice.
Your choice is stored and the banner is not shown again for 6 months, unless the processing conditions change significantly (e.g. new purposes or new third parties) or it is not possible to know whether a choice has already been made (e.g. because you have deleted your cookies). Your choice, including the categories selected and the time it was made, is recorded via the technical cookie _tracking_consent and the systems of the Shopify platform, so that consent can be documented.
You can change or withdraw your consent at any time, as easily as you gave it, via the “Cookie preferences” link at the bottom of every page of the Site, which reopens the settings panel. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it.
5. Managing cookies through your browser
You can also delete or block cookies through your browser settings. Blocking necessary cookies may prevent the Site from working properly (e.g. the cart and checkout). Instructions for the most common browsers:

The “n11_age_ok” item is deleted by clearing site data (cookies and site data / local storage) in your browser settings.
6. Third parties
The cookies listed as “Shopify” are set by the Shopify e-commerce platform, which acts as a data processor on behalf of the Controller and, for certain processing operations, as an independent controller. Information: https://www.shopify.com/legal/privacy and https://www.shopify.com/legal/cookies.
If third-party marketing tools are activated in the future, they will be set only with prior consent and will process data in accordance with their own privacy policies, for example:

7. Your rights

This Cookie Policy may be updated, in particular when tracking tools are added or removed. The date of the last update is shown at the top of the page. If the changes concern cookies that require consent, the banner will be shown to you again.
